Payment terms
The creation of your unique piece begins immediately after the full payment amount has been credited to our account.
Personalization and returns
Given that each handbag is created as a custom piece according to your exact specifications, it is not possible to withdraw from the purchase contract within the standard 14 day period.

CLEANING: Clean exclusively with a soft cloth. Do not use any chemicals.
STORAGE: Store in a dry place in a protective cover (dustbag).
